At Formazi, we currently ship orders exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. All prices on our website are shown in AED and all deliveries are made to UAE addresses only.
Order processing time
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, it is typically delivered within 1–2 business days across the UAE.
- In rare cases (such as high order volume, public holidays, or service disruptions), delivery may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping fees
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE, with no minimum order value.
- Any applicable handling or service fees (if introduced later) will always be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery areas
- We deliver to all major cities and regions within the UAE.
- Certain remote or hard‑to‑reach areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. If your address is not covered by our courier, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
Delivery partners and tracking
- We work with trusted local courier partners in the UAE to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
- Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an SMS or email with tracking details from us or our delivery partner, where available.
Delivery attempts
- Our courier will usually contact you by call or SMS to arrange delivery.
- If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in your order being returned to us; in such cases, additional delivery arrangements may need to be made.
Wrong address or contact details
- Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it and inform the courier.
- If you receive a damaged product, missing item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
